Kayak, life-jacket, helmet (bike), paddle, swimsuit, rucksack for climbing equipment, MTB bike, mobile phone, climbing equipment (1 figure 8, 1 sling, 2 locking carabines, climbing harness), head lamp (in case of finishing at night)
Recommended:
2-3 pairs of runningshoes, climbing shoes, compass for orientiering
Forbidden:
GPS or other satelite, navigate and localization equipment, neopren for swimming
